President's Message

Carmen Galvez

Artistic Director & President

As the President of the Society, I would like to welcome you to this year's festival. Since the Society's inception in 1987, we have been working towards the presentation of major productions and now the HISPANIC FESTIVAL 2008 with many events, such as, Expo Latino, and Bombazo will take place August 22-24, 2008.

Putting together a production of this size is not an easy task. Many people work together to produce a festival of this magnitude. We have received amazing support from the members of the society, the Hispanic community, and the sponsors. We are excited to present what we believe will be the best Expo Latino festival yet. We hope you enjoy the festival and take part in all the different events throughout the weekend.

We hope you will come and enjoy Expo Latino 2008!
